 We have extensive experience in drafting and negotiating all manner of contracts and agreements. We have negotiated and drafted agreements involving shore-side LNG processing and storage facilities. The Firm is frequently involved in the drafting of master service agreements for use in the energy business and is familiar with both the operator and contractor perspectives in these negotiations, as well as the issues involving anti-indemnity regulations in both Texas and Louisiana courts. We work with mineral interest owners in compiling joint operating agreements and memoranda of understanding. We also have substantial expertise in drafting contracts related to towage, ship building and repair, vessel sales and chartering of vessels and helicopters. We have significant experience drafting and negotiating employment agreements, separation agreements, non-compete agreements, and releases.
