D. Keith Brown - Of Counsel

Mr. Brown was born and raised in Houston, Texas.  He attended Texas A&M University, the University of Houston, and the University Of Houston School Of Law.  He spent over twenty years in house with a major international energy company where he represented the Midcontinent, Western USA and offshore Gulf of Mexico and international business units as well as the pipeline, chemical and refining divisions. His practice currently focuses on the negotiation and drafting of agreements in the energy industry, as well as providing advice and counsel on same, including Master Service Agreements, Joint Operating Agreements, Joint Ventures, Service and Purchase Orders, Charters, agreements for the sale of goods and services including seismic, engineering and other professional services, and EPC, EPIC, and EPCM agreements.   He represents both operators and service providers.  Mr. Brown also serves as  city council member for the city of Bunker Hill, Texas.
