Ms. Conticello maintains a diverse trial and appellate practice focusing on complex commercial claims, contract disputes, employment litigation, personal injury defense, products liability, and insurance coverage issues. Ms. Conticello also counsels clients on employment-related issues. She speaks Portuguese and Spanish.
Ms. Conticello formerly chaired the Houston Young Lawyers Foundation and the Association of Women Attorneys Foundation. She also served as a member of the council of the Houston Bar Association's Appellate Practice Section, as an associate editor of The Houston Lawyer magazine, and as chair of the Houston Young Lawyers Association’s Adopt-an-Angel Project.
She has given speeches on legal writing, legal research, and error preservation at continuing legal education seminars. She also has authored articles for The Houston Lawyer magazine and Houston Business Journal.
Ms. Conticello joined Legge Farrow after practicing trial and appellate law for five years at Bracewell & Giuliani LLP. Ms. Conticello is a 1999 graduate of The University of Texas School of Law. At UT, Ms. Conticello had internships for the Texas Supreme Court and the Office of General Counsel for then-Texas Governor George W. Bush. She also served as an articles editor for The Review of Litigation.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Conticello worked as a journalist in West Texas and later,
South Texas. She is a 1993 magna cum laude graduate of Sul Ross State University in Alpine, Texas.
