David L. Stockel - Associate

Mr. Stockel is a 2004 graduate of The University of Houston Law Center, where he was awarded the Dean’s Merit Scholarship each of his six semesters in law school.  Mr. Stockel also obtained a bachelor’s degree in Government from The University of Texas at Austin in 2001.

Throughout his legal career, Mr. Stockel has successfully represented clients in a wide variety of legal matters including Jones Act and Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation Act personal injury claims, insurance defense and coverage issues, cargo and collision claims, and other commercial litigation matters.  Mr. Stockel has also practiced in the areas of employment law, products liability, oil and gas law, and contract disputes.

Mr. Stockel has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 2004 and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
